It is easy to get consumed by technology and fail to be healthy. Finding a balance between being sedentary and exercising can be difficult. By setting a reminder in with the technology we are using, it forces us to view the positive reminder.
What can students and teachers do to make sure they get the most from technology while simultaneously safeguarding good health?
Students and teachers must have personal goals to ensure they have a mission for good health. Teachers need to be the leaders in the classroom, educate students on the need for good health, remind students of goals, and set the example for good digital health habits.
